The desperate woman decides to take a bold step by renting three billboards at the entrance to the city with a message to the authoritative head of the police, William Willoughby. When the deputy of the sheriff, an infantile mother’s baby with a violent inclination, officer Dixon is involved in the situation, the struggle between Mildred and the city authorities is getting aggravated.
